Refund Policy

This Refund Policy sets out the circumstances in which payments for services, memberships and products offered by GO-GO Gym, operated by GINA-2013 EOOD, may or may not be refunded.

General principle

GO-GO Gym does not refund payments for services and memberships that have already been paid for and activated. By making a payment, the User confirms that they have read this policy and agree to its terms.

Memberships and fitness services

The following are non-refundable:

• used or partially used memberships;
• activated memberships, whether used or not;
• single visits and passes;
• promotional and discounted services;
• services purchased at the premises.

Memberships are personal and non-transferable. They may not be frozen or terminated for the purpose of obtaining a refund unless the Provider expressly states otherwise.

Distance purchases (online)

For purchases made online, the User has a right of withdrawal within 14 days only if the service has not started and the membership has not been activated, in accordance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.

The right of withdrawal no longer applies when:

• the service has begun;
• the membership has been activated;
• access to the premises has been used;
• the User has expressly agreed that performance may begin before the end of the 14-day period.

Exceptions and individual cases

In exceptional cases and at the Provider’s discretion, a request may be considered for a partial refund, replacement service or credit for future use. Such cases do not create an obligation or precedent for future refunds.

Fees and costs

Where a refund is permitted:

• bank and transaction fees are not refunded;
• the refund is made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed;
• processing may take up to 14 business days.

Membership cancellation

Terminating a membership before the end of the agreed term does not create a right to a refund and may incur an additional charge where provided for in the relevant membership plan.

Refund requests may be submitted through the website contact form, by email to GO-GO Gym’s official email address, or in person at the premises. Each request is considered individually and a response is provided within a reasonable period.

Final provisions

This Refund Policy forms an integral part of the GO-GO Gym Terms and Conditions. Matters not covered by this policy are governed by applicable Bulgarian law.
