GO-GO Gym, operated by GINA-2013 EOOD, UIC 202562940, registered office and management address: 13A Toplivo St., 6450 Harmanli, Bulgaria; Managing Director: Daniela Yordanova Koleva.
GINA-2013 EOOD processes personal data belonging to customers and people interested in the sports centre’s services in its capacity as a personal data controller while carrying out its main activity: providing fitness services, memberships, access to sports facilities and related services.
Legal basis and purposes of processing
Personal data is collected and processed only for specific, explicit and lawful purposes necessary to provide GO-GO Gym’s services, namely:
- managing customer profiles and memberships;
- issuing membership cards, invoices and payment documents;
- providing access to the premises;
- communicating with customers and answering enquiries;
- improving service quality;
- marketing and information communications where consent has been given;
- statistical and analytical purposes.
Processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Bulgarian law.
Types of personal data we process
Depending on the service, GO-GO Gym may process: full name; telephone number; email address; IP address; data about visits and service use; event participation where consent has been given; direct-marketing details such as email, telephone and Viber; and feedback, opinions and market research.
Disclosure to third parties
Your personal data is not disclosed to third parties except where necessary to perform our contractual obligations, to authorised partners acting on our behalf in accordance with GDPR, or where required by law. GO-GO Gym may provide trusted third parties with aggregated statistical data that contains no personal information.
Technical information and cookies
Our website may automatically collect technical information including IP address, device type, operating system and browser, browsing history, log-file data, and cookies used for language and functional settings. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.
Data required to provide services
Certain personal data is required to issue a membership card, membership or invoice. The service cannot be provided without it. If you connect your profile to third-party services such as Facebook or Google, we may receive information in accordance with their privacy policies.
Marketing and advertising
Only with your express consent may we use personal data for marketing and promotional campaigns, electronic messages, personalised and non-personalised advertising, and analysis of interests and user behaviour. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Data retention
Personal data is retained while the customer account is active; for up to one year after deactivation unless the law requires a longer period; or, following a deletion request, until immediate deletion where there is no legal basis for continued retention.
Your data-protection rights
You have the right to information; access to your personal data; correction of inaccurate data; erasure (the right to be forgotten); restriction of processing; data portability; objection to processing, including marketing; and refusal of automated profiling.

Requests concerning your personal data may be submitted through the contact form on Gymbro.bg, by email to the company’s official email address, or by post to its registered office. The controller must respond within one month of receiving the request.
