The RealLeader RS-1014 Wide Chest is a professional strength machine from the RS series that uses free weights — weight plates and develops the chest through a wide pressing movement.
Thanks to the wide handle position and Iso-Lateral system, the machine provides a deeper pectoral stretch at the start and stronger activation of the outer chest. Independent arm movement supports balanced muscular development and improves control during the exercise.
The machine principally loads the middle and outer chest while additionally activating the front deltoids and triceps. Its natural movement path provides comfort, smoothness and safety even with heavier weights.
