RealLeader LD-1018 Leader Nabla is a professional plate-loaded strength machine from the LD Series, designed for back training through a downward pulling movement.
The machine uses a circular movement that follows the natural path of the arms and provides smoother, more effective muscular loading. This creates a better stretch and contraction of the back than conventional machines.
The seated position, backrest and leg-lock rollers provide stability and control on every repetition.
It primarily targets the latissimus dorsi, while also activating the upper back, rear deltoids and biceps. It is suitable for developing both width and thickness across the back.
