RealLeader RS-1005 Iso-High Row is a professional strength machine from the RS series that uses free weights — weight plates and is designed for intensive upper-back training.
The machine uses an Iso-Lateral mechanism in which both arms move independently along a natural curved path. This provides better muscular activation and balanced back development.
The Iso-High Row emphasises the upper latissimus dorsi, rear deltoids and trapezius while permitting heavy training from a stable body position.
