RealLeader RS-1009 Iso-Low Row is a professional strength machine from the RS series that uses free weights — weight plates and is designed for intensive training of the middle and lower back.
The model uses an Iso-Lateral system in which each arm moves independently along a natural curved path. This enables better muscular activation, more balanced development and correction of strength imbalances.
The Iso-Low Row emphasises the latissimus dorsi, rhomboids and rear deltoids while providing stability and control with heavier weights.
