Product details
The RealLeader FW-2004 Seated Arm Curl is a professional preacher bench designed for isolated free-weight biceps training. Its specialised construction fixes the arms in an optimal position and enables maximum concentration on the working muscle throughout the movement.
The bench minimises shoulder and body involvement, producing better biceps isolation and more effective strength and muscle development. Its ergonomic pad provides comfort and stability, while the robust construction supports heavy loads.
